FedEx-Advent consortium secures 89.81% of InPost

The FedEx and Advent-led consortium secured tenders for 89.81% of InPost, clearing the 80% threshold. Its €7.8bn cash takeover will delist the parcel-locker operator from Euronext Amsterdam.
